1. Mind the pads placement

Try to maintain as little tension in your muscles as possible. Let PowerDot do its job.

2. Warm up

No, you don’t need to jog before putting the electrodes on. Just start with the easy, warm-up protocole that uses gentle contractions.

3. One limb at a time

Focus on one leg or hand first and then move to the other one. Don’t try to stimulate them simultaneously.

4. One muscle group at a time

Again, PowerDot is more effective if it targets a single muscle group at once.

5. Relax

Try to maintain as little tension in your muscles as possible. Let PowerDot do its job.

We loved our PowerDot experience, there’s no doubt about that.

Can this be because we are in the group that is most likely to benefit from muscle stimulation? (30+ years old, working out 5 times a week, with history of injuries)

Maybe.

We’ve tried other EMS devices before and none has been in use for longer than 2 weeks. We use PowerDot since December 2017, still enjoy every session and look to purchase more devices for rest of the crew.
